What to expect from your sweep
Cleanliness
This is one of our priorities. Every effort is made to eliminate dust and dirt from escaping into your property. Floor runners and floor sheets are used to protect your surfaces and the sweep process is enclosed and a high efficiency vacuum used to contain any soot.
Premium service
From our first contact with you we will be polite and courteous and listen to your needs then answer any questions or concerns you have.
Arrival at your property will be as close to the pre arranged time as can be. If anything out of our control prevents this, we will make every effort to contact you.
What we ask from you
When booking in
The more information you can give will help the process. If you know the make and model of a stove and any details of your flue, then that would help, but don’t worry if you haven’t got this.
We will ask for your contact details. They will not be shared in any way with anyone
Arrival at your property
An adult must be present on the day
Any appliance must be cold and the grate clear of excessive ash and debris (does not have to be spotless)
We require access to a domestic power outlet for the vacuum extraction
Possessions in the immediate area to be cleared prior to arrival (assistance given where needed)
Pets and small children to be kept under control for health and safety
